Would 17X8 have enough offset for the front with 215/45 tires?
Tirerack only give 17X7 and 17X7.5 as options. My guess is because the offset is 48.

17x8, 45 with 225/45 fronts don't rub at all on a stock suspension. Even with a 1" drop they clear.
