Yay or Nay for setup.
I am thinking of going with this rim/tire combo. Keep in mind that I will have a APR widebody kit.
18x9 +20 offset, Tire: 265/30/18
18x10 +18 offset, Tire: 285/30/18
Any thoughts or other options for the Widebody. I'd actually prefer to go with a 17" rim.

I don't know about the wide body or the offsets.
Well the 265 30 18 is going to be a little short, about .62 of an inch. The 265 35 18 is going to be a little tall, about .42 of an inch. A 255 35 18 may be better. Lots of guys gow with a 30mm stagger ,225, 255.
The 285 30 18 is the correct diameter.
I would go with the 18's, I think that they will look better, especially if they have a lip. Because then they will look like 17's anyway.
