XD-9 coming very soon...
I have set of XD-9 coming soon, 17x7.5+50 in front, 17x8.5+42 in the rear.......
Now I am just thinking about tires......been thinking of mainly 3 tires.....
Only problem is my car is lowered, BUT my fenders are getting cut too so.....
Falken Azenis RT 615 : 225/45/17 and 255/40/17
Kumho MX : 225/45/17 and 245/40/17
Kumho SPT : 225/45/17 and 245/40/17
Now, is the Falken gonna be too wide up to a point even I get my fenders cut, I will still have a rubbing issue???? Only reason why I am going 255 in rear is because Falken doesn't offer 245/40/17........
Anybody used or is using the Kumho SPT??? What do you guys think???
Thank You in advance

You would be advised to check out this thread and do the math. Some of your choices will not work.

I would still stay on the narrow side with the 245/40R17. You will need to have the fenders rolled or cut. You might even have to run more negative camber. Like xviper said I really can't say for sure on a modified car.
