FRONT= 18+8 OFFSET 42 OR 45 TIRES=225 40 18 REAR= 18+8 OFFSET 42 OR 45 TIRES= 245 35 18

WOULD THIS FIT WITH JUST ROLLING THE FENDERS OH AND THE CAR IS LOWERED 1"INCH FRONT AND BACK

Just to let you know, when you type in UPPER CASE, that means your YELLING. But back to the subject...

if your running a 18x8 +45 in the REAR, then yes, you will be able to fit that 245 you want.

And as far as the fronts, no they are not going to work. you need a wheel with atleast a +53 to run the 225's up front.

Hope this helps... and about the rolling, i don't think you will have to in the rear. Either way, it will be close. Roling isn't a big deal anyway, i've done it to my last 3 cars without any problems.
