Would I need a roll with this set up?

17 x 7.5 + 45
17 x 8.0 +45

With Stock ap2 tire sizes?

245/40 will have a slight bulge on an 8" wide wheel but I think there's still enough clearance that you won't rub. I hope someone else can chime in. Your fronts are fine.

245 on 8 is fine. I highly doubt you'll rub, even with a 1.5 drop.

You can always run some negative camber to give a little more room and better handling. A lot depends on the specific tire as well. Some tires just run wider than others. If I can help with the tires let me know.

Right now im running Star Specs, Im looking for wheels that fit without touching the fenders mod wise. I still want to maintain the proper stagger too. Will these wheels be an issue?

no, just go with it, though 8 rear is kinda weak.
