18x7 5x114.3 with 225/40/zr18 tires

Would this fit my 2000 s2k?

Please list the offsets.

I'm assuming you want to run this wheel on all 4 corners?

Yes, the offset is 40

The offset is rather low and you don't have a wider rear wheel. I would not suggest it.
