where can i buy these wheels from??

and also i have megan coilovers that have a bout a 2 inch drop. i dont want to roll my fenders and of course i dont want to rub. what size wheels should i get? and what size tires? and also i may want to lower or raise the car a little bit maby 1/2 a inch. and how much do they weight? will i feel a difference in acceleration compaired to stock ap1 wheels?
