Thinking about picking up these and I don't mind rolling fenders but what else needs to be done? Thanks

Roll the fenders, re-locate the rear bumper tab and you should be good. Depending on how low you want to be will determine how much -camber to add, because you may need to add a little. I would run a 225/40/18 up front and a 245/35/18 in the rear.
