Default work 11r, 17x9 +38 fitment help!

im looking to run17x9 +38 all around with possibly a 245/40/17 tire ....i cant seem to find anything or anybody running this set up, the only people runningwork 11r's are 17x8 +47 in front and 17x9 in rear +38. I really would like to do this set up but i wanna know how much of a hassle am i getting my self into? Besides standard rolling fenders and relocating bumper tabs is there anything else im gonna have to do. any help is appreciated, im looking to buy wheels tomorrow...

the rears will be fine with roll/tab and about 3 degrees camber. There are a lot of people running 9 +45 RPF1's on the fronts and only have to roll, you might need a slight pull and 2-3 degrees camber to get a +38 to work
