Will these tires work??
Will these tires work on Volk CE28N's? (17x7.5 50mm offest and 17x9 63mm offset).

Yeah sure they will.
245/40/17 is actually a little smaller than 225/45/17 in terms of overall diameter though.
The equivalent overall diameter of 225/45/17 is 255/40/17.
