will these tires fit?

stock fronts are 18x8 running a 225/45/18. Will these tires fit a 18x7.5? Thanks.

Actually, that is not a stock front size but Yes, it'll fit the rim you state.

The 225/45R18 will not fit the S2000 correctly. You really need a 225/40R18 to fit the car.
