Will this size work with this offset?
Will these sizes work with these offsets:
F - 17x8 +45
R - 17x9 +45
If so, what size tires should I get and what brand do you recommend at that size? I'm not looking for the stickiest tires but one that has a good compromise of treadlife and performance. Thanks in advance.
BTW, the car isn't lowered right now(stock AP1) but I'm looking at eventually getting some Espelir springs.

Thoose size you listed seems to be a bit aggresive set up for the s2k. You might need to roll your rear fenders if you lower your car. For tire size, I would go with 225/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear. If you just looking for "bang for your buck" type tires, I would go with Kumho Ecsta tires.

The front will be very tight. You may need to run a 215 in the front to get enough clearance. The rear will be sticking out past the fender and is not recommended. For reference, an 8" wide wheel with a 40 offset is said to be flush with the fender (tire will stick out, and will rub if lowered or on hard bumps.) If you have a 9" wheel with a 45 offset, you'll be sticking out 8mm MORE. Not good. Also it'll look weird.

Yeah, I had this feeling it'd be a not so recommended setup for an S2k. Just saw a really good deal on some Blitz Type 01's and thought i'd check here first. Thanks for the clairification.
