Default Will this fit front rim/tire 225/45/17 w/40 offset

I have a set of volk SE37Ks with a 40 offset. they are 17x7.5 and the tires are 225/45/17, can I use these on the front of a S2000? do I need a spacer? Do I need longer studs?

Thanks in advance

Those will stick out in the front and also in the rear if you put them there. That offset is not enough. If you don't mind them sticking out, it'll work till you get extreme suspension compression from a bump or from a hard turn. With such low offset, what you really need is the OPPOSITE of a spacer. A spacer will move the rim even further out. You don't want this.
