Will this clear Spoon Calipers?
Ok guys...so I was going to treat my S this past Christmas to a new set of Spoon Calipers, but unfortunately I found out they will not clear my 17x7.5+48 te37's.
I found a page on here which claim it will clear 17x7.5+40.
So my question is this....If I add an 8mm spacers...will it clear the spoon calipers?
Obviously I'd be adding longer studs.

Try this template and you can vary the distance of the cut where the template touches the back of the wheels. That way you get a better idea of what size spacer you'll need.

I can tell you for a fact it will not fit, I too checked the page that states 17x7.5 +40 te37's(my wheel) will clear the spoon calipers, but they do not. However once I added a 5mm spacer it cleared with enough room, although a 3 mm would have worked just fine as well. Hope this helps.
