Default Widest wheel and lowest offset u guys have went?

wassup guys,

I was juss wondering, but whats the widest wheel and most agressive offset you guys have ran or seen on an s2k? i don't wanna be the "recommended" type and i don't wanna play it on the safe side. Lolz. I know that the handling is going tampered but thats something im not worried about at the moment. I love the "flush" look so i plan on running 17x9 +45 all around on streeeetched tires+rolled fenders+camber.

Penguins car is my inspiration.

Awesome! So you want to be a danger to yourself and others!

Why not just put 20x12s on front and rear. Just don't drive it and it won't rub! "LOLZ"!!!!111one1!!1

hahaha, whatever. Theres a nice silverstone with the RPF1 that has the same wheel specs with 255's x4. He's my inspiration.

Im not gonna be juss another average joe with the same o "safe" offsets as everybody else. I know you made that sticky on top of the page and I am very thankful about that. It helped me out a lot and I prolly visited that link hundreds and hundreds of times whenever I doubted an offset. I just want more aggression (if thas a word, lolz)

Its not like im gonna be running wild on the streets, taking massive fast turns, or cutting people off and everything, so i don't understand how I will cause danger to myself or other people. Thank you for your concern spa-zz, but I think I know what Im doing.

I was juss seeing if anyone has seen or done such thing, and isn't afraid of taking risks and running agressive offsets. I just believe that "Simple just gets tooooo simple. "

OBSeRiouso let me know how that works out for you. I've always wondered about a non-staggered setup.

I am getting 16*8 +38 front and 16*9 +38 rear. Haven't decided on tiresizes yet, but will tell how its working out for me. Most likely I will go with wide front fenders and fender flaring and rolling in the rear. I'll post pics when everything comes.

some of you might think it looks weird beacuse they stick out a little bit, but since I work at a nissan, toyota drift shop, I LOVE IT. I've been around nissan's toooo much

Man, I gotta say, there is nothing I think looks worse than wheels sticking out of the fenders. That car looks like **** to me. The rear is OK, but the front is awful.

And I'll tell you why it's dangerous. I know you all think you'll just drive carefully and the oversteering tendencies of your S2000 won't cause a problem. Well are you forgetting what happens when a kid runs into the street and you need to do an accident avoidance maneuver? The rear end lets go on the transition, you hit the kid and end up going backwards into a tree. All because you thought it would look COOL YO VIP STYLEZZZ LOLZZERZZZ!!!!!111 to put a non-staggered setup on your S2000.

Now if you've modified the suspension accordingly and tested it out at the track, then more power to you. But it still looks silly with the wheels sticking out past the fenders. It ain't a Jeep.

Cheers.
