While the 255 non-staggered is very popular in the JDM circle, there are plenty of fast S2000's running with NASA or SCCA that run tires way larger then 255.
I'd believe it!

I was thinking about running a 275 or 285 non stag setup on the ssr's I mentioned.

I was just worried about losing steering angle and rubbing issues.

I'd love to se them and what they have to do to stuff those tires under our fenders!

My race setup is 235 front and 275 rear on stock ap2 rims.
I am currently looking for another pair of rears to bore out and use on the front, then I will run 245 275.

I am lowered about 1.5 inch on coilovers, and I run -1.5 front camber and -2.2 rear camber with rolled fenders and no rubbing.

That can't be right. I have 245 on 17x8" +45 rims in the front and I don't rub (although this is stock height), so there's gotta be a lot more room left under there?

For the rear max would be 18/10.5" rim +70 285/30. The front is a bit trickier and there is some leway depending on hight and camber. Safe bet is a 9" + 60 with 245/35. Both of these front and rear sizes considering no fender mods of any kind.

A bit more tire can be had, but then your getting into fender mods you didnt want to do.
