I had a set of gorgeous TSW chrome Trophies on my Acura Legend LS 6 speed coupe, wearing 215 45 17 Dunlop SP9000s. Hit a ridge from road repairs and bent all 4. I didn't bother contacting the guys who sold me the tire, I called TSW. They replaced the set with 4 more Trophies. Several months later, same thing happened, and TSW swapped the Trophies for a set of Revos. They charged me their cost on the Revos ($200 for 4). I then swapped the 215 45 17s for 215 50 17s, a bit more rubber between rim and road. Haven't had any problems since. TSW stood behind their product.
If you relied on the dealer's expertise in selecting the 19s then he should provide you with a set of wheels and tires which are suitable for your intended use. I'd contact both the dealer and manufacturer. If they don't help you out, take them to small claims court. If they warned you that 19s would not leave enough rubber between the road and rims, then you're on your own.
Good luck. BTW, don't get 19s, they're sort of pimp, don't you think?
