Default why are the S03 replacements more $ than S02?

I'm running S03s all around and need new rears. Just wondering why the 245/45/16 rear S03s are more expensive than the regular sized rear S02s?

Because they are bigger and we pay more for them. The prices are all based on how we buy the tires.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you

The difference is pretty small - a set of correctly sized SO3 PPs is only $32 more than OEM replacements. Plus, the SO3 PPs have UNI-T AQ II, special rubber compounding that improves wet performance even after the tire wears.
