wheels and tires
can any one out there give me a straight answer on what size rims and tires i can get.....it seems like most of the company's i have talked to about this say that i must get something with a large offset kind of like all of the ones that cost 300 a piece and look like sh!t. dicount tire direct is telling me that all the wheels that come up on there website under "s2000" have been tested and are a for sure fit. but they have wheels listed with offsets any where from 40 to 44 nothing bigger. i dont know any thing about these rims or offset but i do know that i dont like the stock rims and all of the rims that i do like are only offset of 44. will these rims fit? help from anyone who has gone with different rims or has some kind of experience with my questions please help.

You don't mention what size wheels you are looking for. The 40 and 44 offset is at the low end of the scale. Most of the wheels we have are going to be higher offset especially for the rear.
We have quite a few wheels for the car in both 17" and 18".
You can see all of the wheels we carry for the S2000 on our web site.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you

Now if there was only a selection other than OEM in 16" with the correct offset, not something "close enough", I too would buy some wheels for the street so my originals could be for the track.
"Close enough" when it comes to offset is not going to work in my book.
