I'm just starting to look for a replacement wheel for my 2003 spa. i'm currently running Shuk Wr1 wheels (page 3 on Spa Yellow Pearl gallery) and next spring will be the time to change them.
I've made some changes to the current gallery pictures. Amuse front bumper, ING side skirts, Honda OEM rear spoiler. I'm looking to drop her a couple of inches and would love your input on different wheels that would look great on my Spa. I plan on running 17" tires, just to give me a little forgiveness with the potholes.
if you are running something sweet, have seen something sweet or just have a favourite wheel on the S2000, I would appreciate hearing about them.
Feel free to PM me if you would like. I'm in Ottawa Canada, so you don't have to worry about running into me riding the same wheels as you, if you are concerned about sharing the same look.

I'm doing my wheel research as well. Personally I'm finding Advan RG II (gold color) to be pretty nice looking and lighter than stock to reduce unsprung weight. I'm most likely going to go the non-staggered route... maybe 17x8.5 all around.

so far i enjoy the staggered wheels, except when i'm in toronto and trying to drive on the streetcar tracks. the car just gets thrown from side to side trying to find a line. i'm running 8's up front and 9's out back. they look great, but they are specific to that corner of the vehicle. good thing the rears wear out pretty much equally.

I just recently bought my wheels and love them...little more aggressive then most people but different is always better for me...they are 5zigen +520....17x8 +42 and a 17x9 +38...

i really appreciate the pics. seeing some really interesting options out there.
would it be possible to take a straight on shot of 1 wheel that takes up the whole frame of the picture? This will allow me to enlarge it for a really great view.
I certainly appreciate the pics that show how much of the wheel is exposed beyond the tire. vabchs2k's second pic is a good example. The shot would be from the rear to the front . This gives me an excellent view of where the wheel is most vulnerable to being curbed. not that i have any experience with this activity, but i've heard it's happened to one or two people in the past. oh yeah, i'm one of the two.

You can ckick on mine a couple times and than it gives you a little pointer so you can zoom in more and move around.

First, I had Blitz Type 01s (miss them!) in 17x8, 17x9 +45's I think



The set currently on the car (pending sale) is a set of Mercury Silver Volk CE28Ns, 18x7.5 +50 front, 18x8.5+47 rear, I don't rub w/ negative camber:



My next set will be something in black, probably a set of Work Meister S1s. Good luck
