yes that will fit.
that being said, they are very narrow. this wound hardly be considered an upgrade from stock OE ap1 specs. this set up would be a down grade for an AP2.
you should really look for something at least 7.5j up front and at least 8.5j out back.

If you're gonna spend the money...I'd go with 17s and not 16s
Here are some good TE-37 specs for the s2000, but you might need to relocate or slightly roll the front bumper tabs and run some camber in the rear (at least a Euro-spec alignment)
17x7.5 +48
17x9 +50
I think if you stuck with a 215/45 and 245/40 set of staggered tires, you would be okay as long as you're not too lowered.

AP1 wheels are very cheap. I would just get another set from someone local. You could also look for a set of the Optional BBS AP1 wheels which are the same size as the AP1 oem wheels but very light. Also depending how bad the damage is you could look into have the wheel fixed.
