Sorry to bump an old thread but was there any more progress on whether or not this was correct? **x9 +61 seems like a pretty high offset to be at the fender's edge but I could easily be wrong and would like to confirm. 9" is what I'd like to fit up front at some point..

I'm running a modified rear wheel of 11.5" +63 on stock rolled/cut fenders. So yes your hypothetical 11" +60 is right on the money.
The stock rear fender clearance (assuming its rolled or cut) is just shy of 12.5" total clearance. The wheel travels inward taking up inner clearance as the suspension compresses, so this needs to be considered when sizing the wheel. Alignment and susp drop also play in the wheel geometry and therefor clearance. In my experience your going to be limited to a 295/XX width tire, unless of course you run functional over fenders. Good luck in your pursuits
