Wheel Spacers...

Wheel Spacers...
I'm adding 15mm H&R wheel spacers with extended studs to the rear of my S. I want a slightly more aggressive look and I plan to drive the car aggressively. Have any of you aver heard of problems due to wheel spacers, such as wheel bearings failing, wheel coming loose...
I'd like to know before I commit to it and roll my fenders this weekend. Thanks guys.
Unfortunately another set of wheels in lowers offsets is not a possibility at this time.

No I’ve never had a problem. I think any problems that could have resulted have been from poor instillation or neglect in some form. If you get a quality wheel spacer that is hub centric and torque to spec, you shouldn’t have any worry. I would get a wheel spacer with its own studs though, rather then pulling apart the hub and adding longer studs. Less work/chance of failure digging into the car that deep and a lot less cost, unless you are doing all the work yourself. Plus I feel a secured spacer to the hub is more reliable option then a loose spacer that is held on by longer studs and the wheel. The only possible issue is you may likely need to bump up to a 20mm to be able to accommodate one with studs and have the studs sit flush enough not to impede on the hub of the wheel.

Haven't you asked this exact question in one of your 3 other threads in this section? You don't need a new thread every single time especially when you have already asked the question and gotten the answer in another thread.
