i want to get some wheels that will be flush with the fender and also want to lower it. will i be able to do this without rolling the fender? i will be getting some 17" wheels so what offsets + width of the wheel would u guys recommend? if i were to lower it, whats the maximum i can lower so i would not rub? thanks!

As long as the offsets are high enough you can make it work. A lot depends on the size of the wheels and tires as well.
If I can help let me know.
