Default Wheel fitment and tire size help

I'm looking To order 18" wheels soon and do not want to roll fenders or camber which offset that I provide would work with a slight drop on the s:

Fronts either 18x7.5 +48 or +53

Rears 18x8.5 +48 or +55

These are the sizes and offsets the manufacturer offers also need help on tire sizes so it wouldn't rub with a drop , thanks s2ki

Need advice on the following wheel choice:

Enkei PF01 evo
Link : http://www.enkei.com/pf01evo.shtml#

Size :
18" * 9.0j +45 (front)
18" * 9.5j +45 (rear)

Link : http://www.enkei.com/pf01evo.pdf

The above proposition is to seek to clear the wheel arch if possible doesn't need to roll the fender while could clear BBK.
Kindly advice on it. Thank you.
