Wheel fitment question?

Wheel fitment question?
So I have my eyes set on some rims that are 18x8 +45 and 18x9 +45.
I have my rear fenders rolled and bumper shaved, so I'm pretty sure that I could run the rears, but do you guys think it will stick out too much? As for the fronts, if I run a 215/40//18 tire there shouldn't be any rubbing issues right?
