Default Wheel fitment

I'm checking out these wheels on racinglab...the Rota Boost. Here's a link:
http://store.racinglab.com/rowhbo1751.html

They're 17x8 +48 offset, all 4. Would these fit at all, and if they would fit, would they fit correctly?

Also checking out 5zigen 5zr, 18x7.5 +48 offset, all 4. Here's the link:
http://store.racinglab.com/5zhy5zrrawho.html

Let me know if this is just retarded or not...i've never had to fit wheels with different offsets or staggered or anything of the sort. Thanks.

simple answer..........they wont be staggered, but it will work with little or no modification.....rolled fenders/ neg. camber

they both will work but if you are not going to stagger the wheels, I suggest that you stagger the tire size. Rota does make a 17x7.5 +48 front if you want to stagger the wheels with the 17x8 you have listed. The 5ZR is going to sunk in and I would suggest that you get a spacer in the back in order for it to be flush and again stagger the tire sizing
