Default Wheel Fitment

I am looking to buy some Volk te37 saga's. I want to 17x9 square setup but am just trying to figure out the right offset. I am lowered on Ohlins DFV coilovers and have stock unrolled fenders. I'm deciding between +40 and +61 mm of offset on a 9 inch wheel. I'm aware I'll at least need to roll my fenders and maybe remove my fender liners. I'm leaning towards the +61 mm of offset for all four corners. Any advice, opinions, suggestions, or experience with similar setups?
Thanks

+61 fits significantly better. +40 will require a pull on the front fenders. Do not remove your fender liners. They need to be trimmed at most. Also moving this to the wheel and tire section.
