Default Wheel color suggestions

Well, I am going to be in the market for a set of wheels in the next little while, and I am trying to decide what color I would powdercoat them. Here is how my car currently sits in its stock form:

It is getting lowered today after I get off work with a new set of coilovers, I will also get the front and rear fenders flared by a body shop once I get wheels.

Now for my color options:

Black (very common not very exciting but looks good)
White (Common again, and shows all dirt)
Red (have seen a couple suzuka blue s2ks with this and looks decent)
Blue (Not enough contrast)
Turquoise (Kind of intrigues me, but not sure about the contrast)
Highlighter yellow (Looks pretty good on the right set of wheels, would definitely stand out)
Hot Pink (Too suspect with the color of the car?)
Purple (I am having trouble picturing this color, and not sure what shade)
Gold (Love this color with a polished barrel, but mostly on mesh wheels or meisters)
Bronze (Not a huge fan)
Orange (Looks pretty good, but has been done)
Silver (Plain jane common color)

Any other suggestions? Also what are your opinions?

Currently as it sits, my budget is around 1500 for wheels, (Ideally I would get CCWs but that will be down the road). I am between Varrstoen TE knock-offs or used authentic JDM wheels. Still pretty undecided but have a number of ideas. Any suggestions on wheels within the budget would be appreciated. I am going to go fairly aggressive too.

I find the outrageous colors (red, orange, blue etc) tacky in general and would never put them on a car. Suzuka is a tricky color to pair. I would think that Silver, gunmetal, bronze, or any variation of the three would look good.

I'd say find the lightest rims for your budget, then pick a color.

RPF1, PF01, used volks.

Colors: Matte Black, Mag blue, Orange, Bronze.

i vote for gunmetal in a style similar to the below. i think it would look nice on a suzuka S.

I'm not a fan of the crazy colors but I do like orange. Other than that I can't really see myself with anything other than silver, nothing else stands out as 'damn that works perfect'

What about painting them with PPG harlequin or HOK kameleon. Both are basically the same and the same price. Its expensive but the effects are really neat. Esp on wheels. There was a kid near where i live that had a set of wheels painted in the blue to purple shift on a silverstone S. Looked awesome
