What's the stuff for da tyres called...
... that you just spread on them and it makes them all black 
Does anybody know what that stuff is?

There are quite a few products that do that. A local auto parts store or a Wal-Mart/Target will have a few to choose from.
My personal favorite is Meguires tire gel. It is in a clear bottle but the gel is purple. It smells good too.
