Rotas are cast just like a legion of OEM wheels. Abuse any cast wheels and they're going to break. There is no telling what those people did to those wheels to break them like that, but I sure as hell bet it wasn't anything close to normal usage.

Nevertheless... No love for Volk in the polling?

Volks are like ferraris, every asshole with money gets one

There are different methods to casting though: http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/....jsp?techid=90

A few people say that rota's are low pressure (better) cast, but I find that hard to believe: http://honda-tech.com/showpost.php?p...5&postcount=10

I've had rota on my car for about 3-4 years now with no problem. Great budget wheel!

BBS LM! Too bad they are so friggin expensive and most sizing options are not offset friendly for the S.

My '08 LBP with White Buddy Club P1 Racing QFs .... now if I could just find a set.

Followed by SSR Bright Silver Type-Fs and Volk Titanium Silver CE28Ns (if Volks are like Ferraris in that every asshole with money gets one, I guess if I had the money then I’d be an asshole too, and you’d be asking for a spin in my F40 .... not going to happen in my lifetime. Then again, if my retirement investments work out, and my kids are left to their own devices regarding college funding, by the time I'm 81 years old - oh, nevermind).

O.Z. Alleggerita HLTs??? Cheap, light, well made.

I voted for other. I just got my s2000 a week ago so I'm not to familiar with Honda wheel sizing, but I have a set desmond regamaster evo on my mr2t. I never tracked the car, but they have been through 30+ autox's and I have been more than happy with the look and performance. I would assume you can get them in s2000 friendly sizes considering that I think some of the spoon wheels are made by desmond.

This seems to be most popular Brand of Rims for the S2000 rather than the best looking Rim on an S2000. Going to have to toss out all the Models as options for the poll and results to match your topic.
