Dont think I have come across them other than this one pic. Look slightly like rpf's but better IMO.

They are available in 17X7 ET50 14.6 lbs and 17X8 ET45 15.4 lbs. If I can help let me know.

Also 17 x 9 right Jim? +45...That requires a fender roll and relocating the bumper tab, but is likely what that guy has.
