I have never seen these rims before. Are they from another honda or aftermarket?

Thats what I thought to, but those wouldn't be the correct offset would they?

97 up Prelude non SH wheels, I didnt think they would fit and why would you want them on a S

they are stock 97+ prelude base rims..I know because I have them on my prelude.

They are 16x6.5 +55 so they are the correct offset for the front of the car.
