What sizes for new rims and tires
I have been looking for some new rims and tires for my S2000, and it seems as though there is not a definite answer as to what size tires and wheels are appropriate for my sweet ride.
I am not lowering the car or anything. I want 17" rims, and tires with a similar height and width as the S02s on there now. I am a teacher and my dough goes into the car and eating every day, so I am not looking for anything too expensive.
That being said, what is a good rim that doesn't make my sweet ride look like crap, and an inexpensive tire that doesn't lose it's tread in 8,000 miles? The S2000 handles amazingly and I don't want to screw that up, but I need new tires anyhow...
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

There isn't a definitive answer. You have to decide what it is you want. Your car can handle 16" to 19" wheels and tires. Check here for options that work on the car.
