Default What could cause tire bubble like this :(

Hello s2ki,

Got a little vibration first, thought just need to rebalance the wheels, after a few short drives vibration became so strong I couldn't even see anything in the mirror.

Today removed one of the rear wheels and found this!

My question is what can possible cause that?

Looks like a broken belt. Also looks like that tire is worn beyond its useful life.

That tire still has thread left. The thread has not worn down to the wear bars.

As far as the bubble, I have no idea. What does a warranty cover?

Defective I would say, but I can't see how a defect wouldn't show right away. I agree above, most likely a worn or bad belt.

have u ever had the tire repaired? if not it could be a install issue with a ripped bead? sometimes when u have a tire puncture and it gets patched or plug some times the patch holds externally. and the air leaks out inside the belts. it can also be caused my tire separation due to poor alignment.

Ouch, def a shifted belt, but it looks like it was about time to replace the tires anyway.

the outsides (on the side the bubble happened) are to the wear bar so you should replace regardless
