What is the cheapest ways to ship rims w/ tires on them?

UPS normally, and 2 extra large boxes from U-Haul can fit all four sets. I have also cut foam and cardboard circles for the wheel faces only (tire showing) and secured with strapping tape, but UPS charges an extra $5 each since they are round. Fedex and USPS won't pick these up from your house.

FedEX, I average about 40 bucks less for shipping a set of 18s compared to UPS.

You could try boxing each wheel individually and send each one UPS for ~$20 each. So $80. Not sure if thats the cheapest way though.
