Default What can I run for rear tires on my BBS LM's?

Currently, I have 245/35/18" on the rear as a temp solution to get back and forth to work, but they fit absolutely horribly. They're stretched for one, and secondly the overall outer diameter is incorrect to the fronts 225/40/18 which is a 25.1

265/35/18's for the rear seem to be the best solution, but i'm wondering even with my current drop on coilovers, and if I have my fenders rolled, can I run that size without rubbing on the rear 18x9.5 55mm wheel? Also, what will I need to set my camber at with a 265. Am I maybe pushing the 265 too far, and maybe I should go with a 255/35/18?

Pic of the current gay stretched 245/35/18.

Since you have these rims already on the car with known tire sizes, you are in the best position to determine the answer to your question. First of all, a 265 tire will fit comfortably on you rear rim as you stated. Since this is 20mm more than what you now have, 10mm will stick to the inside edge and 10mm will stick out to the outside edge of your current setup. Go out to your car and measure 10mm out from the face of your current tire and use a straight edge to tell you where that will end up at the fender. It don't get any easier than this.

Awesome tip, thanks a million.

remember to check the tread with and section width on the tire... I don't think it's that easy. If you go with tires that run narrower (Goodyear eagle F1, you can fit a 265) - if you go with something wider (Yoko es100 or BFG KDs, then stick with 255)

you can run 265s as long as you are not lowered... no problem
you can run 265s maybe, if you are lowered an inch (eibach)
you can run 255s lowered, no problem

The S2000 OEM SO2 is one of a very few tires that are blocky in construction, thereby giving an unusually wide tread (contact patch), yet it is not wider than the section width. Most tires will have a contact patch that is LESS than the section width. If you extrapolate from the section width, you should be working with the worst case scenario. Maybe I'm still missing something, but I still believe it's that easy.

Thanks for the info. I want to keep my drop as is, same as in the pic. So therefore, i'm wondering what the max tire size I can run on the rear wheel, with rolled rear fenders, without rubbing? 265/35/18, will this rub, yes or no? Someone must be able to confirm this for sure.

how low is the drop?

with rolled fenders you will not rub on a 1-1.5 drop for sure.
