Default Volk GT-u setup work?

I have some Volk GT-U 18-x7.5 +50 offset from my previous car.
They still have some 215/35/18 hankook RS2 or something on them.

I'm thinking of buying a pair of barrels to make the rear of the s2k 18x9.
I'm hoping I can find a shop who can sell the barrel alone.

If I can this would be the set up:

Front:
18x7.5 +50 Tires: 215/??/18

Rear:
18x9 +50 Tires: 245/??/18

What size should the ?? be? I looked at the fitment guide and didnt see any suggestions.

Would the wheel size be good enough for no rubbing or modding of the fenders? I'm not lowered right now and probably won't be unless the wheel gape is hideous.

The tires would be 215/40R18 and 245/35R18.

Looks like I wont be able to go this setup.

Mackin won't sell the barrels alone. And these wheels are discontinued so I can't buy a pair of 18x9

Jim or anyone,

Would it be safe, advisable, stupid to put a 245/??/18 tire on an 18x7.5?
Or would there be a safer better wheel size?

I really like these wheels and am trying to keep them if something will work without losing a lot of the benifits of the cars handling
