Default Uninflated tire sitting for 2 weeks

I noticed 2 weeks ago that one of my tires had lost a lot of air coming home and was sitting at 10PSI and would not inflate past it, so I stupidly let it sit there for 2 weeks without jacking it up.
The tire didn't seem to have any damage, but my lip is bent, so perhaps it's not sealed well anymore. I'm going to take the wheel to be fixed. So the wheel off and the tire is smushed on one side. Is it still good?
edit: I ask because I read that people in the north try to keep the tires off the ground for long periods of time.
Grassy ass

the only reason why i would say to lift the car off the tires is so they dont flatten on one side... but to answer you question, dude, just get a new tire. if its not inflating past 10psi, its not holding the air in... just go to the bank, take out some cash and get new tires.

Yeah the tire is bent on the sidewall on both sides. I'm guessing the tire's not holding air because the wheel is bent so badly. Visually the tire still seems okay except for the flat part. Do you still think i should get a new tire?
