Default Understanding offset, Need Help

First off I just want to thank Jim for helping everyone with all the question that they have about their wheels.
But I got one more.

With a 18x7.5 wheels all around and a offset of 45+
would these be okay for a s2000.

Thanks in Advance

You would need to stay narrow with the tires. Probably like a 215/40R8 either all the way around or with a 225/40R18 rear.
I do like a little higher offset but it can work.
