Tyres for AP1
I have recently picked up a year 2000 S2000, love it!!
However I'm looking for a full set of tyres. I understand Bridgestone RE050 are the successor to the RE030 (which were std. fitment when new?)? However these are listed as run flats, is it ok to fit runflats?
Any other recommendations? Bridgestone Adrenalin RE002 come up highly rated too?
I'm in the UK so need an all rounder!
Thanks
Matt

Just want a good quality tyre that is suited to the 2000 as I do hear that they are rather sensitive to the correct tyres?
Pretty much settled on Potenza 002 adrenalin. They come in at a reasonable £300 for a set, guy at the tyre garage seemed to think this would suit?

I had the RE002 on my MX5 and loved them. They're great in the dry, not as good as some in the wet, but also not dangerous, and - on my MX5, at least - they're durable. I got something along the lines of 15k road miles and 6 or 7 trackdays out of them.
Worth noting that when they get towards the wear markers, the grip levels drop pretty quickly.
