Default TSW Nurburgring 7.5 or 8...?

I'm looking at the TSW Nurburgring in matte bronze for my06. They have two different staggered sets for sale:

-17x7.5+45
-17x9+63

or

-17x8+35
-17x9+63

Here's my question, Which set would allow me to keep my tire size at 215/245? If neither, then which would one would be best from a safety standpoint? Car is stock. Thanks!

Between the two, for what you want option one is the obvious choice, and you should easily be able to run those tire sizes or 255 rears.
The 2nd option's +35mm is a no go without some fender work, and if you only want to run 215 fronts, zero point to 8" wheels.

I'd go with 17x9 +63 all around, though, with 235/40-17 fronts and 255/40-17 rears if you want staggered.

I think you'll have some rubbing issues up front with a 17x8 +35 offset.

My vote is to do the 17x9 +63 all around. I run that set-up and had no problems on the stock suspension.

Wow, thanks for the great reply! I've read the wheel fitment guide and the posts following but I just never quite understood the whole offset and width thing. Looks like I'll be going 17x9 +63 all around then.

Are those the only tire sizes that fit or the ones that will fit best for that wheel size?

Only caveat might be rubbing a control arm on the inside front at/near full steering lock with 9" wide, +63 offset. I've heard reports of that...

So if you don't want or need to run wide tires up front, you might still consider the 17x7.5 +45 for the fronts.

235/40-17 on +63 vs. stock front

215/45-17 on 7.5" +45 vs. stock front

215/45-17 on 7.5" +45 vs. 235/40-17 on 9" +63

Hmm.. I'd rather not run the risk and have to deal with the hassle. 215/45-17 on 7.5 +45 looks to be the best fitting. Thanks for the info. I might wait and see what other people running these wheels have experienced.

I run 255/40s all around, Being able to rotate is nice.

But what are your goals here? Just to get these wheels for ascetics? Or do you have performance goals or anything else in mind?

Now that I've read around, a non-staggered setup seems to be the way to go. Just need to get a FSB. So for non-staggered, what option would be best?

Your least expensive option at this time would be the eibach front bar on full stiff. Leave your rear bar alone or possibly disconnect it.
