I am not a Car Guru like alot of you guys seem to be. I am not good at knowing which rims will fit on my S2k and what wil not. Some brands can fit a 9.5 inch width and others will only fit a 8.5 inch. I relaly like some of the rims I see with TSW and I dont know anyone else whom owns a S2000 her ein Las Vegas. Let alone know anyone at all here in Vegas considering that I have only been here since May. Can anyone tell me if any of these TSW rims will fit with a 9-9.5 inch lip on the rear? If not, can someone name a brand that will fit that looks good with this width yet, will not break my pockets? I am just a Soldier so, my funds are sort of limited. Any info will greatly be appreciated guys!

After looking at their link that lists the wheel sizes and the offsets that they are available in.............I would say that the offsets that they list on their page are not high enough for you to run the requested 9" - 9.5" wheel width.
Offset Example:
18" x 9"......+63 offset would fit the S2000 very well. (rear wheel)
vs.
18" x 9".......+45 offset would have fender clearance issues with out modifications to the fender / camber adjustment etc.
When looking to buy wheels for the S2000.....it is very important to know the specific offset of the wheel you are palnning to purchase.

Offset is the distance between the centerline of the wheel and the mounting surface (where the wheel bolts to the car/hub)
This number (offset) is different for various wheels on various types of cars.....as not all cars are made to the exact same specifications:
A lower the offset: such as a +35.......the wheel will protrude more to the outside (street side) of the wheel well.
A higher offset: such as a +63........the wheel will sit more to the inside (inner wheel well)
See the pic below....it should help your understanding of offset.
