I'm interested in using these wheels for autocross / time trials, but have no interest in modifying the fenders and definitely don't want any rubbing either. Is this possible at certain alignment settings? It sounds like they are rubbing on the inside, and not hitting the edge of the fender at all. Is this correct? Would leaving the alignment stock solve all issues? Thx for any help

They're cheap enough through TireRack. Why not get them there?

this reply is sorta premature.. but it might give you an idea

haven't given it 10/10's yet.. so i'm not sure if weight transfer will create clearance issues

but on the street.. ZERO issues

TR motorsports 17x9
2002
245/40/17 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1
stock shocks
Eibach prokit springs
stock settings
(fenders un touched liners are all there)

rollbar and hardtop to be installed as well as an alignment

hope that helps

Are you asking if someone is running the Miata wheels vs the S2000 wheels? The S2000 wheels are +62 vs the Miata as +48. Not sure if they would fit on the car without fender modification.

Yeah, that's what I wanted to know. I've got a set and just bought a 2nd. Just wanted to know if anyone else is running the +48. And yes, I did have to do some slight fender work - no more than people running 17x9 +45 RPF1s
