TPMS and OEM AP1 wheels

TPMS and OEM AP1 wheels
All,
After searching and searching, I have come up with nothing. Has anyone here put a TPMS sensor on an OEM AP1 wheel for use on an S2000 with the TPMS setup? I purchased some AP1 wheels for winter tire duty and I am wondering A) If the S2000 TPMS sensors will fit in the 16" AP1 wheels, and B) If it is worth my time and money to purchase 4 new TPMS sensors for the winter wheels and tires.
If I am right, I believe that a lack of TPMS-equipped wheels simply causes the system to repeatedly signal that the tires are low; can anyone add to that? I know that I would likely be annoyed by seeing that error light all the time, so if they do fit, I would likely pick some up; can anyone recommend a good place/site to purchase some? The cheapest I know of is here Honda Parts Warehouse
Thank you for reading! Happy Thanksgiving 2008!

Okay, I called Honda (Brown's Honda City, for anyone in MD) and they said that they saw no reason that the TPMS sensor would not fit in the 16" wheel.
That said, I am a bit iffy on paying so much for TPMS sensors for winter wheels - how does anyone else do it? That is, if you have a newer S2000 (with the TPMS system) and you have put on wheels which do not accept the TPMS sensor, what do you do? Do you simply pull fuse ... erm ... 18 (I think) and disable the system? Or do you make yourself a little pipe-bomb looking thing and air that up and drive with it in your trunk? (That was mentioned in one of the threads I found via searching.)
Thanks for reading! And Jim, thank you for all your help!
