Which tiresize on 17" rims?
Im getting my new Rims soon, so i want to know which tirsize i can put on them.
The rim size is 17x7,5 front and 17x9 rear.
I thought about the OEM size of the stock 17" rims.
Does it fit?
Front 225/45
Rear 245/40

Stock ap2 tire size is 215/45 and 245/40. But most people who upgrade to 7.5" fronts and 9" rears run 225/45 and 255/40. Like Jim@tirerack said, it keeps the same rolling diameter but gives you a wider track. What tires are you getting?

Its also going to matter on offset and how low your car is going to be, I assume you bought volk at 50" front and 63+ rear.
I run 215 front and 245 rear, ojnly cause Im tuckin and want zero issues., I didn not have to flare or mod a single fender!

Yeah im getting Volk with 50" front and +63 rear. Does it only fit with 215? Or could i use also the 225 without modding the fenders?
215 to be safe and 245 to be safe.
although very little mod required for 255 rear and 225 front should just require taking tire off, and bending the 2 tabs the are on the righht and left or middle of the tire.

Well, Its all going to depend on how low you are. I am tuckin the top of my tire front and rear. The rear 100% WILL NOT RUB EVER without any mods', the front ofcourse at turn if I hit a GOOD bump will hit the fender but thats what you get for being slammed, ALso i will rub on the 2 tabs if I hit a good dip as well but Im yet to stffin the shocks which will help.

Your not tucking but you are still low, the issue for you is that you dont have enough camber imo to fit a 225 without a good rub on the up/down. the rear would also be close but the rear is very easy to mod.
So 215-245 safe, the 225-255 will be close.
