Tires for NA1 Wheels
Hey guys,
Sorry for a few threads on this subject - I just picked up some NA1 NSX wheels and need to order tires, so I am just checking one last time on the sizes.
Front: 215/55/R16
Rear: 255/40/R17
Is that right? I'm more concerned with the front.
Thanks!

What are the offsets? I would think that you would want a 215/50/16 instead of 55, but I could be wrong.
If they were both 17s you'd get a 215/45/17 front tire. Since it's 16s, I would think that you would just go to the 215/50/16 tire. Similar to how if you have 18s in the front you may run 215/40/18, but would run 215/45/17 if they were 17.
I know I was rambling, but I'm trying to explain my justifaction for why i think you want a 50 series tire.

I'd also go with a 225/50 because I think there is a better selection of tires in that size.

Cool, sounds good. IIRC the 55 was closer to stock. I'll try to look that up again.
Forget the offsets now but they fit.
225 was too wide for the front wheel, I think.
