Default Tires and help needed for 17x8 45 and 17x9 42

I am about to buy a set of rims and the sizes are front: 17x8 45 and 17x9 42. I am lowered on tein s-tech springs so about a finger gap all around.
I would like to confirm that I need a fender roll but would I need anything else? And also what tire size should I get? I don't know much about tire sizes but I would like something that would look good but last long too.

225/45 front, 255/40 rear is probably the most common tire size combo. They should fit fine with a fender roll and you don't need anything else.

This setup is going to put you right at the fender with a fender roll. You shouldn't rub.
