Default Tires on 7.5 and 8.0 x 18?

I'm ordering some Volk GT-7's soon in 7.5x18 and 8.0x18 both in offset +50
What tires should I take? I've asked some members like jackhoff since he has the GT-7's too, and he has 225-35-18 Front and 245-35-18 Rear. He has Toyo's T1-s.
Are these good tires? I've searched the board and there some like, some don't..
I like the 35 hight of the tire, make it look even better
Other options are:

-Falken FK-451
-BFGoodrich g-Force

If I want other brands like Bridgestone, the rear tire will be 255-35-18, but will this fit on a 8.0x18 rim?

Thanks

You would be much better off with 225/40R18 and 245/35R18. The 225/35R18 is too short for the car.
If I can help let me know.
