Tires
It's time again for tires. I sure would like to get more than 10k out of a set of tires. Anyone had good luck with a particular tire without sacrificing S2K character?

You might try the bridgestone 730's.. Z rated tire.. it's just barely below the s2k and wears longer.. but, was an upgrade to the factory tire that was on the 2000prelude I used to have.. I have them on my Porsche 911 and they are wearing well.. next step down would be the fuzion tire that bridgestone dealers carry.. also similar to the 730 in tread design and wear but, wears even longer.. I wouldnt go lower than the 730 though....sticky and huge improvement over the stock tire on the prelude I had but, not a huge downgrade from the s02's on the Porsche..
good luck..

Try the tire section, this thread will probably get moved there. Everyone seems to like the S03's now. A little better wear with better wet traction. You are going to lose traction with many of the tires with longer life.

It really depends on what you are looking for. I do like the Bridgestone RE750 for longer wear, better wet traction and better price. In the 16" I would recommend 225/50R16 front and 245/45R16 rear for this tire.
If I can help let me know.

I'm getting about 12k out of the rear, and 24k out of the front S-02's.
Thanks, Dan
